The Secretary of the Treasury says it damaged the war effort. Either the SWIFT program itself broke laws or it didn't.
In that respect, journalists are under exactly the same law as everyone else.
It was John Snow, the Treasury Secretary. And why were no civilians wounded, rather than killed outright? Louis without going to the top of its famous arch.
Sandy Berger got in heap big trouble for doing next to no damage to national security, other than perhaps tampering with records. What we can do is try to impart an irreversible momentum.
It's pure speculation. Everything seems to display just fine.
The four groomsmen, including myself, had to put on these pinkish ties and vests to please our newly-wed couple.
It is illegal to rat out our programs, and the SWIFT program was legal. Or Firefox's Mozilla.
I was apparently smoking crack or something.
Because I'm not above the law, that's why.
No one seems to be arguing either point.
Obviously they didn't deserve it. Or Firefox's Mozilla. Hilary Clinton even read some parts of it!
