smtpserver or smtphost ? (Docu problem)

Hello,

this is based on cfengine2.0.b4
there seems to be some confusion, whether the var is called smtphost
or smtpserver.
While the docu seems to use smtphost, the source only uses smtpserver.
(This would also be consistent with "timeserver").
So the docu seems to be wrong and needs fixing.
