Sure enough I see that exec_ifelapsed it set to 0 in cf.defs.h (and
exec_expireafter is 10). I had originally defined these as:

#define exec_ifelapsed 5
#define exec_expireafter 30

It seems that the 5 minute lock has been set to 0 for some reason.
I shall look at this today. Anyway, I am adding classes
Q1,Q2,..Q4 for the quarter hours and abbreviations: Hr12_Q1 etc
for simplicity.

I'll be putting out a few small changes and fixes in 2.0.1 soon.
