encrypted file copy fails for particular filesize

Copy with encrypt=true fails if the size of the file copied is
somewhere between 8193 and 8199 bytes large.

I'm running cfengine-2.0.6 but get the same error on cfengine-2.0.5.

Maybe it has something to do with a similar bug, that files
smaller than 17 bytes can't be copied with encryption?

cfengine was compiled with:
./configure --with-berkeleydb=../db-4.1.25/ \
--with-openssl=../openssl-0.9.6i/

I have compiled on both Linux and HPUX but the result is the same.
