Due to extreme spam problems, posting to this list is now restricted to list
subscribers only. I don't like the idea of a closed mailing list, but until
I can think of a better anti-spam policy things will stay like this.
Sorry to have cluttered your mailboxes with yet another whimsical e-mail.
