I downloaded CGI-CC 3.2 on my machine running Windows NT SP 6a, with
Microsoft VC++ 6.0 SP5. I attempted to open the .dsw file for VC++ but
neither the DSW file or any of the DSP files are recognized by VC++. The
ditsribution appears broken for VC++ and Windows.
