[bug-cgicc] compiler error C2668: 'cgicc::copy_if' : ambiguous call to overloaded function

Hi,

the STL library implements the copy_if function too. If you do not specify the namespace, the compiler generates an error (C2668: 'cgicc::copy_if' : ambiguous call to overloaded function).
