[Bug classpath/24060] New: japi divergences in SAX and DOM

Currently we have some minor japi divergences in our imported
SAX and DOM code.  Hopefully these will be fixed upstream and
then we can simply import the changes.

The SAX fix was sent to the sax-devel list on 2005-09-25.
