[Bug classpath/22703] java.util.regex.Pattern is very imcomplete

We are waiting for gnu.regexp to get relicensed. Then we can import it and use
it in  java.util.regex. The wrapper for gnu.regexp is already written so we
just have to wait some weeks.

gnu.regexp and an updated java.util.regex implementation are in CVS now (and
will be in 0.08).
