[Bug classpath/24422] New: Proxy deserialization broken

When deserializing a Proxy instance you get an exception. I've added a
serialization/deserialization to Mauve
(gnu/testlet/java/lang/reflect/Proxy/check13.java) to shows the problem. I also
have a fix that I'll be checking in shortly.
