further tests with both RIs (1.4 and 1.5) highlighted a bug in RI's 1.5 javah
version (see thread
http://developer.classpath.org/pipermail/classpath/2006-September/001460.html).
the current behaviour of gjavah with regard to mangling names of methods for
inner classes correctly follows the JNI Specifications
(http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/guide/jni/spec/design.html#wp615).
consequently, i'm closing this PR as INVALID.
