GNU Common C++ 1.9.0 and associated changes

I have updated all the packages associated with Common C++ for namespace
support and have been able to do a test build of Bayonne here with these
changed api's.  GNU Bayonne will now compile either with the old api or
the newer one.  These changes have been comitted to cvs and I will be
distributing the updated release of all associated packages (Common C++
1.9.0, ccScript 1.8.0, ccAudio 0.5.0, ccRTP 0.7.0, Bayonne 0.7.1) over
this weekend after I complete a little more testing.
