A clarification

I had been asked this so I thought I would clarify; when I talk about
removing date functions from ccScript, I am refering to some special
keywords and manipulations built into libccscript to handle date
manipulation. This is not the same as what Bayonne uses to speak dates or
times, but were added directly to ccscript so one could do manipulations
like setting and comparing dates.

Instead, since 1.8.0, ccscript has supported it's own DSO extension
facility, and these date manipulation services have been moved from the
core libccscript language and placed into a seperate date.pkg that can be
installed with the use statement, or by the preload option in
bayonne.conf.
