Pointer class

I was looking at the code some more for this template, but I am not so
sure I like the interface. Wouldn't it be best if it add AddRef() and
Release() methods or Ref() and UnRef()? It is supposed to be
implementing reference counting for a newed object right? What do you
think Dave?
