install common C++ 1.9.5

I tried install common C++ 1.9.5 and I was not able to install it:

I am using the Solaris 8.0, and I am trying to install the
CommonC++-1.9.5. I have the message when execute ./configure:

# ./configure
loading cache ./config.cache

Check your system clock

I don't know how to compile with make, i type : /usr/ccs/bin/make
to compile the package, but which are the parameters?
