If you wish to contribute a LockingPtr-like template, I think
it will fit well in the current template set of CC++, which already
has some pointers and locking related templates.
Beware however that some of the ideas in this article are
wrong, as the author itself recognized in a later CUJ article (I
believe it is in an article one or two months later).
