Problems with Mutex/MutexLock on Win32

Hi !

I'm having strange problems with Mutex and MutexLock under Win32.
Under high application load the program crashes randomly with an exception
thrown by Mutex::leaveMutex() ! 
I do not know how this can be - cause a previous Mutex::enterMutex() 
succeeded. I havent tracked it down to the operating system error yet - any 
ideas are welcome.
