Today I released GNU Common C++ 1.3.1, the portable C++ class framework
of the GNU Project. In addition, there is now available a 1.2.0 release
of GNU ccRTP, which is a portable threaded C++ class framework for
the RTP protocol, and GNU ccAudio2 0.2.1.

These packages are available together for easy download off sourceforge at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=1523&package_id=41672.
The sourceforge link includes the "cape.exe" installer for immediate use
under w32, and a "cape.pdf" class framework cross-reference manual
generated from source headers.

In addition, a new release of the testing branch of GNU Bayonne has been
made available. This new release offers SIP support in conjunction with
GNU osip2 and adds functionality for rfc2833 dtmf digit detection. This is the version that was demonstrated running SIP at the FS/OS Telephony
Summit in Germany, and operates under Mac OSX in addition to GNU/Linux.
