Issue with running make on AIX 5.2

Hi,
I am trying to run the make command on AIX 5.2 for commoncpp2-1.3.22. The ./configure command executes without any issues but the make command fails with the following result:
Making all in include
make all-recursive
Making all in cc++
Target "all" is up to date.
Target "all-am" is up to date.
Target "all" is up to date.
Making all in src
