build of ucommon-5.2.2 fails

You guys have always been helpful in resolving issues with the GNU Telephony
packages under pkgsrc, so i'm sending this build log:

Including <cwchar> and <cctype> doesn't resolve the issue. Normally, i see
build issues in ucommon resolved in subsequent versions, but it has been a
while since the last release and i figured it might be good to address this
before the next one.

No issues with the builds/installs of latest commoncpp2, ccrtp, or libzrtpcpp
under pkgsrc.
