When copying named pipes, "cp -a" will do the expected thing (that is -
for me - it creates a new named pipe with the same properties) but
"cp -dpPR" will block, trying to read from the named pipe.
I'm puzzled, why the first would work but the latter not, but so it is.
(I have coreutils 5.94, but I checked the changelog and it doesn't seem as
there's been any activity related to that area in 5.95 nor in CVS)
(This "unexpected" behaveour is at the root of the problem
http://bugs.debian.org/287319)
