Not a problem - translation bugs won't get fixed if they aren't reported
to the translation team. However,
http://translationproject.org/PO-files/es/coreutils-6.9.es.po claims that
the most recent translation for coreutils was completed in 2004 for
version 5.2.1; and the translation lacks even the usual message that
should appear in 'date --version' output with both bug-coreutils and the
translation team bug reporting addresses. So it looks like a lot of work
still needs doing.
