Sure. That's obviously the right change.

I've been annoyed by that, too. And the other */ChangeLog files.
I'm thinking of renaming each of them to */ChangeLog.2007.
A nicer approach would be to move (and adjust each file name to
have the appropriate dir prefix) all of the entries from these files:
build-aux/ChangeLog
doc/ChangeLog
lib/ChangeLog
m4/ChangeLog
po/ChangeLog
into these top-level ones:
ChangeLog-2005
ChangeLog-2006
ChangeLog-2007
ChangeLog-2008
Anyone know of a good ChangeLog-merging/sorting tool?
