You cannot compare these values like that. For one, the value shown by
-h is reduced by powers of 1024. Secondly, the value shown by -b uses
the apparent size of the file, which can differ greatly from the real
amount of space occupied by the file as use by -h. See the options
--apparent-size and --si.
