Hmm, I wary about adding too much text.

Perhaps we should leave things as they are.
If someone is looking for more info than is given in --help
they'll look at the man page from which they'll be directed
to the texinfo docs.

Note currently the translation line is not added in the C locale
(and hence is not in the default man pages).
