Should I finish 'chmod -h', as well as 'chmod -R -L/-P/-H' support, to
match BSD chmod? The -L/-P/-H support is not required by POSIX (odd,
since most other tools with -R do require it), and the -h support is
optional in POSIX (since fchmodat(,AT_SYMLINK_NOFOLLOW) is allowed to
fail), but both seem pretty easy to add.
