Thanks for the report, but I'm not quite sure what you are complaining
about.  We need more details as to what you are trying to do, and why
what happened didn't match what you wanted.  For example, what is the
value of $zZ in the instance of the 'head' run that didn't behave the
way you expected?  Is this part of a bigger script?  Could the bug be
elsewhere in your script, rather than in the behavior of head?
