bug#24349: Linux info date example

Dear Sire/Madame


By checking *info date* examples, I've found a small mistake for one
example(see attached file).

~$ date -d 1may '+%B %-d

 In above example there is a single mark quotation ( ' ) missing at the end
of example.

Not sure if this is so important but I decided to report this small mistake.
