First of all, tail issued a warning only.
Support for this file system type has been added in later versions
of coreutils (8.25 and later). For details see here:
https://www.gnu.org/software/coreutils/filesystems.html

Please update.  Your version of coreutils is more than 2 years old,
yet you're in good company with folks running old software: this
one has already been reported quite some times:
