[Bug-cpio] cpio-2.6 build error on HP-UX

For all versions of HP-UX (10.20/32, 11.00/32, 11.00/64, 11.11/32, 11.11/64)
that I have available, cpio-2.6 will not build with HP C-ANSI-C:
