[Bug-cpio] about cpio limitations

Hello,
I would like install cpio-2.9 (gnu version) on HP-UX 11.23, and found it on 
http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Gnu/cpio-2.9/.
I've a question about limitations.
Do you know if this cpio can support the archival of files larger than 2 GB or 
files that have user/group IDs greater than 60 K.
