cvs export bug

Hi.
I found in the maillist archive that the "export" command has a bug,
and i got the same problems.
When i want to export in a clean directory, cvs exits with the
message
"cvs [export aborted]: cannot export into working directory"

and leave a subdirectory "module/CVS" with administrative files
in it.

I tried with the "TopLevelAdmin" setting to yes, no and comment, but
nothing succeded.

My version is 1.11.1p1.
