Sounds right. I wrote the original patch on feature only to avoid
expanding symlinks when traversing the repository. I believe Mark
ported that to stable fairly closely. This test is checking how history
records the path to the local workspace with a :local: $CVSROOT. I'm
not sure where that information would be reliably obtained for the
history log other than `xgetwd()'.
The _test_ could be fixed by setting a TESTDIR_ABS or the like via
`/bin/pwd' and using that in the expected result instead of $TESTDIR.
