I thought maybe, but Outlook or my copy & paste must have removed the
spaces in front of just these lines, then, for patch to reject them.
Patch got through the rest of the file...

I didn't do it myself but it looks like Mark checked it in, so either it
worked or Mark figured out how to convert it.
