[Bug-datamash] datamash on MS Windows

Hello Champ Lee,

I have built Datamash using Cygwin and also using "MinGW" .

You can download the files from here:
 http://files.housegordon.org/datamash/bin/datamash-1.0.6-windows.zip

This archive includes three executables:
1. Cygwin 64bit (requiring few cygwin DLLs, which are included)
2. Native windows 32 bit
3. Native windows 64bit.

The Cygwin executable is the most tested one, and I would recommend using it, 
but it requires adding the three additional DLLs.

If you find and bugs or issues, please let send an email to the mailing list 
and I'll fix them.
