Many thanks for taking up my query and your positive response.

I would also like to mention another issue with 'transpose' - the last row often does not convert into a column in the transposed matrix. I thought this was only happening if the last field/cell in the last row was empty (no data) but I also noticed this happening when all fields in the last row had values. For smaller dataset or at least which one can be opened with excel it is still possible to easily spot these errors but when dealing with very large datasets this issue could go unnoticed and provide erroneous results. Sorry for adding one more thing in your 'to do' list but I thought this issue is worth mentioning.
