[Bug-datamash] datamash pre-compiled binary zip for windows is not a zip?

Hello List

I have been trying to download the pre-compiled binary of Gnu Datamash 
for windows from here;

https://www.gnu.org/software/datamash/download/#windows

The result for me is that the zip file is a small xml file. Can somebody 
check if something is wrong with the link?

I am not on the list so grateful if I can be on copy to this address.
