DDD 3.3.8 (i686-pc-linux-gnu) gets `Segmentation fault' signal

Ordinarily, I connect to the development host via PuTTY ssh and export
the DISPLAY environment variable. However, today I forgot to do that and
because PuTTY is configured to automatically put the DISPLAY in to go
over the ssh connection (DISPLAY=localhost:11.0) DDD tried to connect
and crashed. After I set the DISPLAY=172.25.0.101:0 all worked fine...
