Hello Florian,

To help avoid these mistakes in the future I'm making two changes to ddrescue:
1) remove the short option names '-1' and '-2'.
2) never allow the writing of logs (--log-rates, --log-reads)

to devices.

Mapfiles are already tested:

$ ddrescue in out /dev/sdc
ddrescue: Mapfile exists and is not a regular file.

'--log-rates' and '--log-reads' are supposed to be "advanced" options, but I see no reason to allow them write to devices.

Best regards,
Antonio.
