This is weird that it couldn't find runtest, cause it just looks in
$(top_srcdir). I changed this so it's more of a preinstallation test,
ie... "make check" tests to make sure it'll run as a sanity check. I also
removed the bug where it ran the testsuite twice.

I changed this, so "calc" isn't part of "make check". It's only an
example, and not really a test of DejaGnu.
