[Bug-ed] Bug#510169: Backspace, DEL, C-h all read raw, can't erase

It doesn't matter if one hits Backspace, DEL, ^H etc.
You can't erase, they're all read raw.

$ ed bla
bla: No such file or directory
a
ho hum^[[3~^[[3~^?^?^?^?^H^H^H^H

No matter if in command mode or text entry mode.

The only way out it C-c, which at least gets one back to command mode,
instead of crashing completely.
