[bug-enscript] Introducing bug-enscript

This message is intended primarily for people reading the archives, and
wondering why there are no mails before November 2007.

Originally, the bug-enscript address was a simple redirect to the
personal address of the maintainer. While this saved the overhead of
managing a mailing list, it meant that messages to the address were not
archived publically.

I recently took over the maintainer role, and would prefer public
archives. This list will probably be low traffic (unless a community
grows around the software, I suppose).
