Using "-E changelog" doesn't work but -E ChangeLog does work.

--help-highlight reports "changelog" as the name of the mode, but it doesn't
work.

Here's an example:

$ enscript -E ChangeLog --color -w html ./ChangeLog -o -  

works, while:

$ enscript -E changelog --color -w html ./ChangeLog -o -  

does not.  It yields no output at all.

Perhaps there are other case sensitive issues in the mode names of the
--help-highlight output.

This bug applies to version 1.6.4.
