Hi;

enscript feature request: add as an option the total page count to current page number in -G (gaudy) format

Examples:
one-page document: the page number would be "1/1"
ten-page document: the page number would increment as a fraction: "1/10", "2/10", "3/10"..."10/10"

This way, when there are multiple sheets of printout, and multiple printouts, it is easy for everyone to see if you have all of the pages of the document you printed.

I really like enscript.
