[bug-enscript] Request: should support bold fonts in overstrike mode (-l

When using overstrike mode, enscript decodes
parts with underlines typed in a second pass
over the text as underlined text, and letters
that are typed twice as bold. This is wonderful,
and works great.

But it would be even better, if enscript used
the bold font of a family for bold text. At the
moment enscript emboldens the contours of the
regular PostScript fonts. This works, but does
not look too good, it is also not very visible.
This might be a greater problem today than it
was in the past, because probably with higher
resolution printers this emboldening works less
good.

Substituting genuine bold fonts from the same
family would give much better results.

This could be done, by looking for a PostScript
font with "-Bold" in the name, or by supplying
a second font spec on the command line. Both would
be fine for me.

I am of course aware, that this is kind of a
niche format (overstrike), it would be very
helpful nevertheless. Enscript seems to be
the only program that handles text with overstrikes
well, when it comes to converting to PostScript.

Thanks!
