Follow-up Comment #3, bug #24844 (project enscript):
Yeah, so having thoroughly chased this one down, *optional* arguments in
getopt_long need to be separated from their option by an equals sign:

This also seems to apply to the short form of these options.
Not much I can do about that, but perhaps the enscript documentation should be
made clearer for these options.
