Both the man page and /usr/share/doc/enscript*/README.ESCAPES say that a command that generates EPS to stdout can be specified inside a text document by putting a pipe "|" at the end of the epsf escape, but this is simply not working for me.  Instead enscript complains the file name doesn't exist, rather than trying to run the command:

  $ echo -e '\00epsf{cat mtr.eps|}' | enscript -e -o /dev/null
  couldn't open EPS file "cat mtr.eps|": No such file or directory
  [ 1 page * 1 copy ] left in /dev/null
  $

That's the exact example given in the docs, and doesn't work anymore.  I don't see any mention in the ChangeLog that this feature was removed or deprecated for any reason.  And it sure would be an immensely useful option to have.
