Yes, I fond the same problem with my new GNU/Linux distro, where
readline and libtermcap are not installed.
I already fix this "bug" and *I'm going to relase new version of fdisk*.
New release include better configuration check for libreadline,
libtermcap and better code for systems where readline is not present.
