Details:

"find" no longer bootstraps from CVS, due to recent gnulib changes.
While looking into this problem I noticed that "find" has a lot of
stuff in CVS that it doesn't need. The "intl" directory and
everything in it should be removed. The files depcomp, install-sh,
missing, mkinstalldirs, doc/texinfo.tex also should be removed from
CVS. I enclose a patch to fix all the problems I found in this area.
