findutils-4.3.x now supports the slocate database format

I've just checked in some changes which more or less complete support
for slocate compatibility.  updatedb will produce such databases
(--dbformat=slocate) and locate will consume them.

Remaining things to do:
 - security audit of the locate code
 - allow locate to be installed setuid
 - once the code is a little more widely tested, omit the warning
message that we currently produce when reading an slocate database
